MakeNow, operating at makenow.cc, provides on-demand manufacturing services (3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting). Data controller contact: contact@makenow.cc.
Order and invoicing data is kept as long as required by tax law (typically 7–10 years depending on jurisdiction). Uploaded design files are retained while your account or quote is active and deleted on request. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Uploaded files are used solely to quote and manufacture your order. They are never published, shared with third parties beyond what production requires, or used to make parts for anyone else. See our Confidentiality & NDA page.
Your data may be shared with: shipping carriers (name, address, phone — to deliver your order), payment processors, our quoting and order-management software providers, and our production facilities in the United States, European Union and Singapore. Where data leaves the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. Files and personal data are accessible only to staff who need them to fulfil your order.
