Instant quotes are generated automatically from your uploaded file and selected options, and are valid for 14 days. An order is formed when you complete checkout and we confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if the file is not manufacturable, violates section 6, or was priced due to an obvious technical error — with a full refund of any amount paid.
Unless a tighter tolerance is agreed in writing, parts are produced to the standard tolerances published on the relevant service page (3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal). Minor cosmetic variations inherent to a process (e.g. layer lines, support marks, tool marks) are not defects.
Prices are shown before checkout and include manufacturing and packaging. Shipping and applicable taxes/duties are shown at checkout where calculable; import duties for international shipments may be payable by the recipient. Payment is due at ordering.
Estimated production and delivery dates are shown before you order. We ship express with tracked carriers to the US, UK, EU, Asia, Australia, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt and South Africa. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays, but we will actively help resolve them.
Please inspect parts on arrival and report defects within 14 days with photos. If parts do not conform to your file and the agreed specifications, we will reprint/remake or refund the affected parts. Because parts are custom-manufactured to your design, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and correctly-made custom parts are not returnable.
You confirm you own or are licensed to use the designs you upload, and that ordered parts do not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. We do not manufacture weapons, weapon components, or items illegal in the destination country, and may refuse such orders.
You retain all rights to your designs. We retain rights to our website, branding and processes. We will not use your designs for anything other than fulfilling your order — see our Confidentiality & NDA terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Parts are supplied for the purposes evident from the design; you are responsible for validating fitness for safety-critical applications.
