STL, OBJ, STEP and 3MF for 3D printing and CNC; DXF and SVG for laser cutting and engraving. If your file is in another format, contact us and we'll help convert it.
How is the price calculated?
The quoting engine analyzes your model's volume, bounding box and geometry, then applies the material, finish, quantity and lead-time you select. The price you see is final — no hidden fees.
How fast will I get my parts?
Production typically starts within 48 hours of ordering. Total lead time depends on process, material and shipping destination — you'll see the estimated delivery date before you pay.
Can I order a single piece?
Yes. There's no minimum order quantity — from one prototype to a small production series.
Where do you deliver?
We offer express delivery across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Asia, Australia, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt and South Africa. Parts ship from the workshop nearest to you, and your delivery date is shown before you pay.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only to quote and produce your order, and are never shared publicly. NDAs are available for sensitive projects.
Who actually makes my parts?
MakeNow operates its own machines and workshops in the US, the EU and Singapore, covering 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC machining. Your order is produced on our own equipment at the facility closest to you, quality-checked, and shipped — which keeps lead times and shipping costs down.
